How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "Cart" link on the top right of the menu on any page.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart and proceed to pay. Use any active code from our website, social media platfoms, or brand ambassadors at checkout to discounts!

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All sales are final. Partial refunds can be made upon request

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.

When will my order will shipped?

You will recieve an email with your tracking number when your order is being processed and is ready to ship.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will begin processing within 48 hours , excluding holidays, and usually ship out the following Tuesday, which is our weekly shipping day. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing within 72 hours . We do not offer delivery, but we do have a pick up option for those located in the DMV. Use the code PICKUP at checkout and contact [email protected] to get your pickup location.
