As a loctician of over eight years and a certified ethnobotanist, my mission is to redefine beauty by unlocking the treasures hidden within our natural selves. The name "Bijoux's Basket" was inspired by my French nickname, "Bijou," meaning jewel – a term of endearment from my mother. Just like a basket holds precious gems, my brand gathers all things I deem rare, raw, and real, encapsulated in little packages.

Bijoux's Basket Botanicals emerged from a blend of personal experience, formal education, and a deep connection with Mother Nature. It all began in 2014 during my undergraduate studies when I started experimenting with natural products for my hair. Today, from the TUFFRoots Loc and twist gel to the Cocolave anti-dandruff treatment and beyond, Bijoux's Basket offers a versatile line of ethnobotanically inspired recipes for all hair and skin types.
